We’re excited to introduce a brand-new program for our players: FAST+ (Friday Academy Soccer Training +). This program offers dedicated Friday night sessions at Lost Creek Park for players who want to enhance their technical skills and build confidence on the field.
 

While club soccer focuses on teamwork and winning as a unit, FAST+ is designed to help players develop individual skills in a more focused, school-like environment. Our experienced trainers will work closely with your child on essential soccer techniques, including turning with different parts of the foot, proper kicking form, improving field awareness, and mastering key moves to confidently take on opponents.
