Coaches,

Thanks for registering for the 2026 Imperial Classic tournament.  We look forward to hosting your teams and offering them a fun and competitive event.  The final schedule is almost ready and will hopefully be published no later than Wednesday.

With regard to team check-in, please see the information below.

The tournament will use an online check-in process.  This change is being made to avoid unnecessary travel for teams and hopefully make the check-in more efficient.  In order to make this process work, coaches will need to upload a copy of their player and coach passes in a PDF document to your registration form.  Please have the event roster updates and the player/coach pass upload completed no later than 5:00 PM Thursday, January 29.

The links below should provide the information necessary to upload the document both for Coaches and Club Administrators.

Teams will need the following information available at games:

Printed copy of tournament roster, laminated player cards, medical release form for all players, Risk Management / Coaching pass for all individuals who will be on the team sideline.
