QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate should have previous coaching experience at the club level
• Possess experience as a player (club, college, or professional)
• Holds coaching licenses or certifications
• Ability to manage groups of children with patience, positivity, and enthusiasm
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching at a competitive level
• A background check is required in order to join the club

RESPONSABILITIES

• This role is all about player development by creating a competitive and engaging environment for kids ages 7 to 18
• As part of our team, you will receive all the support you need to run successful programs, and to properly develop players from an early age
• Lead professional competitive soccer sessions for players of all skill levels
• Teach the fundamentals of soccer, teamwork, and sportsmanship in an age-appropriate and engaging way
• Create a positive and safe atmosphere where every child feels included and encouraged
• Manage group behavior during activities to ensure competitive, smooth, and enjoyable sessions
• Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout the summer while building relationships with campers and families
